These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6gam ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account on 6gam, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

6gam provides online casino games, live dealer casino, sports betting and related gaming entertainment services. The platform operates in PKR and supports Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers.

Providing false information about your age constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any winnings accumulated through an underage account will be voided.
Each individual may hold only one active account on 6gam. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any bonuses, free bets or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and contact details. Using false names, fictional identities or information belonging to another person is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account login is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. 6gam will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a failure to keep your credentials secure.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on 6gam and no hidden conversion fees applicable to standard payment methods listed above.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The general minimum deposit on 6gam is PKR 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set per payment method and account tier. Players on the VIP programme benefit from higher daily limits. Specific limits are displayed at the deposit screen within your account.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to four business days depending on your bank. 6gam may request identity or source of funds verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
You confirm that all funds deposited to 6gam are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 6gam reserves the right to carry out verification checks and may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable requirements.
Note: Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification if your account has not previously completed this process. Providing accurate documentation promptly will avoid unnecessary delays.
Promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and free bets on 6gam are available to registered players subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Not all promotions are available to all players — certain offers may be restricted by account activity level, geographic location or payment method used.
All deposit bonuses and matched betting offers carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms on the Promotions page. As a general principle:
Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting with bonus funds against real money across multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Accounts found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers may be closed.
Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire within the time limit stated in each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Free spins not used within the validity window are also forfeited.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. In-play bets are subject to the odds valid at the moment the bet is accepted — there may be a brief delay between submitting an in-play bet and its acceptance, during which odds may change. If odds change before acceptance, you will be offered the new odds or the bet will not be placed, depending on your account settings.
Cricket match bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). For PSL fixtures, the DLS method result is the official result if a match is rain-affected and a DLS result is reached. If a match is abandoned without an official result being recorded, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Specific over-by-over and session markets may have different void rules and these are noted in the market descriptions.
6gam reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors significantly out of line with market rates, matches abandoned before minimum required play, technical errors in the display of odds or market information, or confirmed evidence of corrupt or irregular activity in relation to a fixture. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's account balance.
If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at the reduced combined odds. If two or more legs are voided from the same accumulator, the applicable rules depend on the number of remaining selections — full details are available in the betting rules section of the platform.
All casino games on 6gam — including slots, table games, crash titles and live dealer games — are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game operates on a random number generator (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories, or in the case of live casino games, uses physical cards and equipment managed by a real dealer and verified through camera systems.
Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from the displayed RTP figure. A session outcome above or below the RTP is normal and expected.
Malfunctions or technical errors during casino play that result in an obviously incorrect game outcome or payout will be voided. 6gam will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to the correct state. If restoration is not possible, the bet stake is returned to the player.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, winnings derived from the breach may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player through available payment channels.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled normally and any balance returned to the player's last-used payment method.
All content on the 6gam platform — including game software, graphics, text, trademarks, logos and interface design — is owned by or licensed to 6gam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or its content for commercial purposes. Screen recording of live dealer games and redistribution of that content is also prohibited.
6gam provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance, network outages or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.
6gam is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data or indirect losses arising from platform unavailability, game malfunctions, errors in odds display, or delays in deposit or withdrawal processing beyond our reasonable control. In all cases, liability is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected bet or game round.
You use the platform at your own risk. Gaming involves the risk of financial loss and 6gam does not guarantee any return on funds deposited. Only deposit and wager funds you can afford to lose.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
